Awesome bag. I had an older version from about 6 years ago? Give or take a year or so but this is an updated version and it feels like a better quality bag all the way around. Huge fan. Kinda want to order another one but I need to wait until after the holidays.

I have been using an older version of this bag as a swim pack for the last five years. I can neatly stow a kickboard, pull bouy, sunblock, water bottle, and resistance paddles, and I clip my fins into the side buckles. The fabric on this thing is so tough and is going strong after constant sun and chlorine exposure. Knowing how amazing this bag is, I just purchased another one to carry all my supplies for plein air painting. Thick padded straps help me carry my gear long distances. The buckles on the side clip in my easel and the laptop compartment is ideal so my pastel dust doesn’t ruin my device. These bags are so roomy and versatile that they meet your every need. Worth every dollar.

I bought the Velox II back in 2021. I think it was the second version with reinforced straps, an inside Laptop sleeve, and a padded hydration bladder. It still had the Y front strap, which I use only when I travel.
I use it daily to go to the office with a laptop, charger, notepad and pens.
I also use it to travel around Europe for client visits. For short trips of 3-4 days, I bring the Velox II, which can easily fit 5-6 pairs of underwear and socks, a laptop with a charger, additional jeans, t-shirts, shirts, and jumpers. The side straps and the front Y strap make it compact and suitable for flying.
I don't use punches because they could be easily stolen while travelling.
I recommend this backpack.

This is my 4th Velox pack. Unfortunately, it may be my last. The quality and layout has decreased.
We're so sorry you're not pleased with the new quality updates we've added to the Velox II Backpack. We feel we've improved on several features for this pack, but we understand each person has their own preference.

I currently commute to college classes and this bag allows me to pack everything I need for a day, including a sizeable lunch box. The compartments are all well placed and organized and the material is very sturdy. It says that there is a tablet pouch, but if it is one of the pockets inside the main compartment then it doesn't accommodate Samsung's newer line of tablets. Additionally, I am not sure if you are supposed to be able to use the strapping on the side for molle pouches, but I have found that they are too small to accommodate the clips that 3V sells. Regular molle straps might work, but none of the pouches I purchased came with the straps so I can't experiment? In any case, a great bag.

Updating my rating here now to a 5. The Velox II is my scouting and tracking pack for day trips into the wild. It has the capacity to hold ammo, First-Aid kit, food & H2O, as well as an extra parka, fire starter gear etc,etc. I will include a pic of all the gear (27lbs worth). The pack wears well I am 6'1at 234lbs it is very comfortable and is of the same quality as it's bigger sibling the 3V Gear Paratus 3-Day Operators Pack which I purchased a couple of years ago and it has definitely proved to be well worth the money.
Once again 3V knocks it out of the park! Thank you team....TJF

This backpack is my 4th from 3V. Each pack I've gotten was for a specific reason and I use all 4 in many capacities. The construction is top notch as well as the thoughtful design and functionality. I highly recommend 3V and their full line.

Operators Pack a couple of years ago and it has definitely proved to be well worth the money.
With that said Velox II will be my scouting and tracking pack for day trips into the wild. It has the capacity to hold ammo, First-Aid kit, food & H2O, as well as extra parka, fire starter gear etc,etc. And is of the same quality as it's bigger sibling.
Cannot wait to try it out here in a few short weeks. Once again 3V knocks it out of the park! Thank you team....TJF
