The 3V Gear Padded Hip Belt is designed to comfortably help distribute the weight of a loaded backpack. The hip belt attaches to most 3V Gear backpacks with the easy to use spring-loaded clip. This clip makes it easy to remove the hip belt when not needed or to re-attach it when you want. The hip belt will fit up to a 45" waist and is compatible with most 3V Gear backpack that have a removable waist strap.

Love the optional hip carry these add to my GORUCK M24 & M23

But, I accidentally broke the coyote hip belt buckle. 😬 Gonna send in a repair request. Other than that, they make a difference in dispersing the load from mostly shoulders to evenly across the back and hips.

Great belt with great warranty

I bought this to go along with my GoRuck Rucker 4.0 and it’s a perfect fit. I accidentally smashed the clip with the weight plate and it broke. 3V Gear replaced it no questioned asked, solid warranty!

Works Great with Rucker 4.0

Comfortable and fits the Rucker 20L.
Wide belt and fits 30 inch waist.

Incorrect size

The belt is advertised as being 30 and up, so I bought this assuming it would fit a 30 inch waist, but it's actually a 31+ inch belt. It's incredibly misleading and now I have to buy yet another hip belt since this one doesn't fit me properly. Thanks 👍

Works great with Rucker 25L
