Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $99 - Free shipping is offered to US (lower 48) customers only. 

We also offer a low Flat Rate Shipping on all US (lower 48) orders under $99. You can, of course, choose other expedited shipping methods if you like at checkout. When selecting Flat Rate Shipping, we will choose the best method of shipping. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  

*Weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) are NOT included in shipping time and NOT included in the UPS Next Day or Second Day Air delivery timetables. Expedited shipping options DO NOT take into account our 1-2 day processing window, though we do everything possible to process and ship your orders as timely as possible. Please note, Express delivery DOES NOT expedite order processing.

*Express shipping options (2-Day or Overnight) ONLY apply to the contiguous United States (excluding HI and AK) and DO NOT include handling time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was shipped to you in error. Contact our Customer Support department for instructions to return a package shipped to you in error.

If a Purchase Was Damaged During Shipment

If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then find shipping damage, please use our return form below. This will initiate a return in our system and email you a return authorization number. Please mark this number on the outside of the package you are returning. Remember to include original paperwork, tags and packing receipts in the return shipment.

Return Policy

Any item purchased on the website, excluding eGift CARDS, may be returned unused up to 30 days from the date of delivery. 3V Gear does not refund eGIFT CARDS except where required by state law.

Returns with valid proof of purchase will receive a refund based on the initial form of payment, such as the credit card used for the purchase. "Valid Proof(s) of Purchase" include the order number, order confirmation email or original sales receipt.

We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If the return was not a result of our error, we can provide a return shipping label, but will remove the shipping cost from your refund.

If you purchased the item at one of our authorized dealers, please contact that dealer to process the return.

To process a return for an item that was purchased on, please use our return form below. Include a description of the problem and reference your order number in the email or have it ready when you call and we will initiate the return in our system. Remember to include original packaging, tags and paperwork in the return shipment. Please note that we do not accept returns or refund purchases if the product has been used and purchases that cannot be verified (Returns lacking proof of purchase are not eligible for a refund or exchange).

All items eligible for return that do not fulfill the intended return requirements will receive a pro-rated refund of up to 30% from each product. Products must be returned in unused, like-new condition, with no stains, debris (pet hair, dust, etc), folded bags (bags must not be folded up when shipped back to 3V Gear), and no missing parts (straps, buckles, patches). Returned products will be inspected.

3V Gear will not accept returns for products purchased through second-hand shops, non-authorized dealers, from reselling sites, discount sites, final sale items, or accept returns due to misuse or neglect.

You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
