Warranty or Repair

Limited Lifetime Warranty

All of our packs and bags come with a limited lifetime warranty. The word 'LIFETIME' refers to the reasonable life of the product and not the buyer. With age and use, all products will eventually wear out. Wear and tear is not covered in the warranty. We will repair and fix bags for a reasonable cost.

If you believe damage to your bag was caused by a manufacturing defect and not from use, please let us know and we will find a solution. This may include a repair or replacement, depending on the circumstance.

Our goal is to ensure that you are well taken care of and that is why we have this process. When submitting your warranty form, please make sure that you include these things:

  • Your order # and/or proof of purchase. If your bag was a gift, please get in touch with the person who bought it for you to get the required information.
  • Pictures of the defect, a full view of the bag, and the 3V Gear branded tag on the interior of the bag.

If your bag is eligible for a repair or replacement and you are within 30 days of your order, we will cover any additional shipping fees as well as the cost of the bag. If you are outside of these 30 days, you will be responsible for shipping the bag back to us. We will cover the cost of repairing or replacing your bag and shipping it back to you.

Warranties are only valid for bags purchased from our site, 3vgear.com, or from authorized sellers. Warranties are not transferable.
