Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our packs and bags are all covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The term "LIFETIME" refers to the product's realistic lifespan, not the buyer’s lifetime. With time and use, all products eventually wear out. The warranty does not cover regular wear and tear.

If you believe that the damage to your bag is the result of a manufacturing defect and not normal wear and tear, please let us know within the first 30 days of purchase. 

Manufacturing defects are issues that arise from the production process and are present at the time of purchase. Examples of these defects include:

  • Poor Stitching: Uneven or skipped stitches, loose threads, or seams that are coming apart.

  • Fabric Flaws: Uneven dyeing, discoloration, or a hole or tear in the fabric that was present before use.

  • Hardware Problems: Broken or non-functioning zippers, buckles, or other fasteners.

  • Improper Assembly: Misaligned pockets, a lopsided shape, or other structural issues.

While we strive to provide the best resolution for our 3V Gear bags and backpacks that have fallen victim to time, some issues are not covered. If your product has one of these issues, please continue to fill out the form below, and we will do our best to provide you with a resolution.

Items not covered by this warranty:

  • Zippers (broken, off track)

  • Mesh liner

  • Shoulder straps (on select bags)

  • Buckles (on select bags)

  • Torso strap (on select bags)

Important Warranty Information:

All bags must be registered within 90 days of purchase for the warranty to be valid. You can register your bag here: https://3vgear.com/pages/register-your-bag

Warranties are only valid for bags purchased from our site, 3vgear.com or our Amazon site (seller is “Spy Briefing”).. 3V Gear will not warranty products purchased through second-hand sellers, non-authorized dealers, reselling sites, discount sites, or final sale items. Warranties are not transferable.

The Claims process:

If your bag is eligible for a replacement we will cover the cost of replacing the bag. Our limited lifetime warranty for registered packs includes a one-time replacement, if the claim is approved. 

In order to process a claim, you will need to have your order number, date of purchase, product name, place of purchase and a photo of the damage.
