The 3V Gear Padded Hip Belt is designed to comfortably help distribute the weight of a loaded backpack. The hip belt attaches to most 3V Gear backpacks with the easy to use spring-loaded clip. This clip makes it easy to remove the hip belt when not needed or to re-attach it when you want. The hip belt will fit up to a 45" waist and is compatible with most 3V Gear backpack that have a removable waist strap.

Works Great with Rucker 4.0

Incorrect size

The belt is advertised as being 30 and up, so I bought this assuming it would fit a 30 inch waist, but it's actually a 31+ inch belt. It's incredibly misleading and now I have to buy yet another hip belt since this one doesn't fit me properly. Thanks 👍

Works great with Rucker 25L

Best for Heavy Rucking

Two months ago I started increasing the weight in my ruck. Like most I started at 20 lbs, and quickly moved to 30 lbs, etc. Single plates were not a problem and could manage to cover 3 miles in an hour with little to no discomfort. Once I made the jump to 50 lbs (two plates) that all changed. I tried several different setups with my shoulder straps and sternum strap, I still managed to complete my ruck, but I was constantly adjusting the straps. So I decide to add a padded hip belt and it has been a great addition. I no longer have to adjust my straps, no discomfort, and have been able to increase my overall pace, distance, and the last 2 weeks have been 60 lbs rucks 5 days a week. The 3V Padded Hip Belt was a great addition and one that has opened up new possibilities for my rucking adventure. Highly recommend if you are on the fence.

Side Note: When I began looking for a padded hip belt, I reached out to GoRuck. The one that the offer has been out of stock for a while and only comes in black. The Team at GoRuck referred me to 3V. This community is amazing and I am impressed with both companies.

Does the job

The belt is strong enough and works for now. It seems like the clips might be fragile and wear out eventually. I wish it was attached more securely to the ruck. Pads feel great, product is wonderful on the whole, my only real complaint is that i'm thin and the belt is shortened all the way but i'd like it to be shorter.
