The Paratus 3-Day Operator's Backpack was design specifically as a 72-hour bag. It features multiple removable accessory pouches and a Rapid Deployment Pack. So it is basically two bags in one. All of your main gear can go into the main body of the pack and the Rapid Deployment Pack is an ideal place to put your medical supplies and some additional survival gear. That way, if you need to leave the main pack, you will still have a small pack with all of your critical items.
