Got this bag for a backup trauma kit (tourniquet, gloves, gauze, etc.) to store in my backpack. However, with the removable first aid emblem, you could use this pouch for just about anything. As of now, I underutilize the space inside of it. I would have liked to put this on the side of my backpack, but the pouch I bought (the grey one) only comes with clips, which don't fit.

It is easy to place too many items in any bag, but this one is a perfect size for the essentials for everyday and even an overnight or two.

I've bought 2 backpacks, outlaw sling pack and a few pouches over the last couple of years for different reasons. So far I love your products. I think for the money you can't go wrong. I personally can't see spending a fortune on packs when I bought all these for the price of one big name pack. Only thing I see wrong with the med. pouches is I wish it had a extra compartment inside.

Excellent back-up medical pouch for your car, backpack, or medicine cabinet. Not exactly large, but big enough to be useful. Fill it with Band-Aids, gauze, pads, tape and other stuff you don't need until you do. Zippers are good and attaches easily to your pack or whatever. I'm buying a few more for my friends.

I have purchased 3V Gear in the past and always been pleased. This pouch is just the right size for a emergency or field first aid kit for you to carry. If you want a complete first aid kit then this pouch is not the right size for you but then again, a complete kit might not be convenient to carry.
This pouch will provide you an easy to carry, portable first aid kit. You will not be disappointed the quality and the size of the pouch. Additional pockets would be helpful. I purchased three, a black, coyote tan and olive drab pouch to match the bag I will attach them to and the quality of each is very good.
My only problem is the molle attachment. In all the pictures/videos I have seen, the black pouch was used and there were two snap straps included with the pouch and I expected all of the pouches would have them.
The coyote tan and olive drab have two small black plastic clips each instead of the two straps. The clip is small, single width so the attachment to the bag molle will be less secure in my opinion. I am very disappointed as I expected the straps. Not a deal breaker, I like the bag but will have to figure out a better way to secure it.
Granted it wasn't really indicated in the description what was used for molle attachment but I assumed from what I saw in the pictures/videos that straps would be used for all of them. Don't assume, ask questions if you aren't sure,

Torn between using this pouch as a med kit, or for my AeroPress coffee maker and accessories. Will be a great pouch for so many different purposes. It's large and opens almost like a clam shell. Everything is easy to access and the interior bands are perfect for so many items.

First of all, I'd like to say that this is a great, straightforward IFAK pouch. It's everything it's advertised and expected to be. My complaints are minor, although I feel they earn this pouch only four stars for the review.
As per the name, this is indeed large for a medical pouch. Not so big that it's cumbersome, but it could stand to be just a bit smaller. I wonder what 3V's "medium" medical pouch would look like, and I wish they offered one. All in all, though, although "large" is the problem... it's not a large problem.
BTW, folks at 3V , the included PVC medical cross patch is high-quality and well-made, like all of your other products.... except you got the colors backwards. A red cross on anything means "medical." A white cross on red (your "medical" color pattern") means Switzerland. Is this nitpicking? Absolutely. And it still looks cool anyways.
Bottom line, this is a top-notch pouch, with rock-solid construction, great elastic straps, and plenty of room for a robust blow-out kit. But damn, it's big. And apparently Swiss.
