So I bought this bag with the intent of it holding some of my dog training gear: Harnesses, long lines, bite sleeves, and pillows. Within a few weeks one of the shoulder straps snapped off. Oh well, I made do. Normally gear goes in my truck bed. Wellll one rainy day, I had thrown it in there and traveled the 20 minutes to training. Opening up the bag and I had ruined equipment I have since let air dry so they wouldnt grow something nasty on them.

Backpack straps
Backpack straps won't stay put. As soon as I put the bag on the straps slide all the way down making it difficult to carry. This was the main reason I bought the bag. It will still make a great bag for trips but was really wanting to be able to carry it as a backpack instead of carrying with the handle. Other than that a solid bag.
Hi Victor!
We're so sorry about that issue with your duffel. Our manufacturers accidentally switched the buckles positions on the bag, hence why it won't cinch down correctly for some of this bags. I will provide a video on how to simply flip those buckles and make the straps cinch down properly.
