Love it, till it came unstitched

I have two of the "Everyday Is a Range Day" patches. Being that I am a Range Master, and my everyday job is running a Range, this patch is perfect for my work. Unfortunately as much as I like my patches, the velcro came unstitched within less than a year of use. I put them back into service with a bit of hand stitch, but maybe a second row of stitch would be the proper amount to reinforce for better everyday use.
