Limited Lifetime Warranty

Our packs and bags are all covered by a limited lifetime warranty. The term "LIFETIME" refers to the product's realistic lifespan, not the buyer. With time and use, all products eventually wear out. The warranty does not cover regular wear.

If you believe that the damage to your bag was the result of a manufacturing defect and not normal wear and tear, please let us know within the first 30 days of purchase. This may include a repair or replacement, depending on the circumstance.

Non-Repairable Claims:

- Zippers (broken, off track)
- Mesh liner
- Shoulder straps (on select bags)
- Buckles (on select bags)
- Torso strap (on select bags) 

We do our very best to repair our 3V Gear bags and backpacks that have fallen victim to time, but sometimes we cannot. If your product has one of these issues, please continue to fill the form below and we will contact you with a resolution.

If your bag is eligible for a repair or replacement and you are within 30 days of your order, we will cover any additional shipping fees as well as the cost of the bag. If you are outside of these 30 days, you will be responsible for shipping the bag back to us. We will cover the cost of repairing or replacing your bag and shipping it back to you.

Warranties are only valid for bags purchased from our site, 3vgear.com, or from authorized sellers. 3V Gear will not warranty products purchased through second-hand shops, non-authorized dealers, from reselling sites, discount sites or final sale items. Warranties are not transferable.
