We offer a lifetime guarantee against all manufacturing defects. If your gear has a defect, please fill out the form to the right, and we will get you a replacement or organise a repair.

We want to be straight with you. We build our gear to used but ultimately, any piece of gear that takes a severe beating over a long time will eventually show signs of wear and tear. This is not considered a manufacturing defect. If for any reason you feel your gear has not stood up to expectations, please let us know and we will figure something out.

We want to make the warranty process as simple as possible. That is why we ask for your order number, a description of the defect, a photo of the defect, and proof of purchase up front. This way we can immediately determine if your gear qualifies for a warranty. If your gear does qualify for a warranty, we will send you an email with instructions for sending the gear back to us.
