A: As soon as we process your membership, our team will pick and pack your free gift to be shipped to you. It should arrive within 7-10 days (likely sooner). If for some reason you don’t receive it within that time frame, simply contact us and we’ll send another one out right away.

Q: How can I cancel membership?

A: You can cancel your membership from your member portal at any time and you will not be billed anymore. Please note that when your month of membership runs out, you will lose access to all membership benefits. 3V Gear does not provide refunds for partially used billing periods.
