Shipping & Delivery

We offer $5 flat rate shipping on all orders being shipped within the continental United States. We also offer UPS, USPS, and DHL shipping for Hawaii, Alaska, and all international orders. Orders received before 1:00 pm MST (except weekends and holidays) will ship the same day. Orders received on weekends and holidays will ship the following business day.

Free Shipping

You like us, we like you. That is why we will pay for your shipping on all orders over $75. Cool, right? Unfortunately, this is only valid in the continental United States and not Hawaii or Alaska. Sorry.

International Shipping

Purchaser is responsible for any customs duties incurred for product(s) shipping outside the continental United States. These fees are NOT calculated by 3V Gear and are NOT included in any shipping charges assessed by 3V Gear.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

All payments must be made online using our website. Sadly, we cannot take trades, accept your gold bullion or have you pay with indentured servitude (we are fully staffed right now) and cash never seems to make it all the way to the bank so you're limited to PayPal and credit or debit cards. If you read our boring and lengthy privacy policy you would know that we do not store your sensitive credit card information on our servers so feel safe and spend big! While we try to get prices right the first time, we may make a mistake and have to change a price. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order or change prices on a whim without notice (hey, it's our site). Same goes for promotions, we try not to make mistakes but if we do, we reserve the right to fix them in whatever way we deem necessary.

Viewing Orders

If you created an account while checking out or already had one, you can view your orders and other fun stuff by clicking on the "my account" link toward the top of every page. We also send emails to update you on the status of your order.

Updating Account Information

Just like most everything else on the site that does not involve buying, paying for stuff, or reading boring policies, you can access your account information along with all the other important information by clicking on the "my account" link toward the top of every page.

3V Gear Return Policy

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need an Return Authorization (RA) number. Please contact us prior to returning anything to obtain this number.Your item must be in the original packaging.Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or your item will be returned to you. We are not responsible for lost or in-bound shipments. We advise you insure your packages as well as get tracking information on them.

3V Gear Advanced Replacement

Benefits

If you need to replace your 3V Gear because of a warranty claim, you can decrease your turn around time with Advanced Replacement. Advanced Replacement allows us to send you a replacement BEFORE we receive your defective product.

Eligible Products

Not all returns qualify for Advanced Replacement. Eligibility depends on when you placed your order and the nature of the return. To find out if your gear qualifies for Advanced Replacement please contact us (below).

How Advanced Replacement Works

You get approved for Advanced Replacement from our customer service rep
You pay for the replacement item we are sending you (free shipping on orders in 30 day window)
You ship the defective item to 3V Gear
Your old gear and new gear high fives each other as they pass at the post office
You receive your new 3V Gear
When we receive your defective item at 3V Gear we refund you for the defective product

Reasons for Policy

We believe in humanity. We believe in you. However, we have been burned in the past trying to accommodate some of our customers. You WILL get refunded for the defective 3V Gear product once we receive it. If you have any questions please reach out to us.
